Traditional porcelain fused to metal when strength
is a factor, space metal lingual, or metal occlusal.
- Single crowns & Cantilever
- Custom implant abutments & CAD/CAM (Strauman,
BioMet 3i, Nobel Biocare, Atlantis, BioHorizons)
- Overdentures
- Long span bridges
- Enamel 'wear' friendly
- Automatic Casting
- Laser Welding
We use Duceram® Kiss
Porcelain for our porcelain fused to metal
restorations
6 Good Reasons For Using Duceram Kiss:
1. Economic Efficiency
- Reduced assortment
- Only fast moving powders in
the assortment
- Fast firing cycles due to
higher heating rate
- No long term cooling in
combination with concept alloys
- Time saving during layering
due to the 3 powders layering technique
- Low investment for the Lab
due to the small assortment and comparatively
low entry costs
2. Save color-reproduction due to
the optimized coloring of the opaques and dentins in
correlation to the v-shades
3. Due to combining different
characteristics into one powder, like we did for the
Power Chromas, it was possible to make the
assortment so small
4. Aesthetic
- The opal incisal powders are
completely reworked and patented
- In the past the opal effect
was generated by small grains of zirconium
oxide. The new opal effect is produced due to an
decomposition inside the porcelain
5. Processing Reliability:
- By using classical high
fusing veneering ceramics the opal effect is
loosing his properties after several firing
cycles
- By using Duceram Kiss the
opal effect is absolutely firing stable
6. DeguDent Kiss:
- No long term cooling due to
low CTE
- High distortion resistance,
hence ideally suited for extensive implant
restorations
- Fast firing cycles possible
( 80 °C/min )
- Light-colored oxide
